Terms of Service

These terms govern the invitation-only Helper pilot operated by Anton Fedoruk (individual operator). If you use Helper for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to connect its accounts and act for it.

1. The pilot

Helper assists owner-operated businesses with recurring work, including Instagram customer replies and checks of public business listings. It is an experimental service. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and there is no service-level guarantee during the pilot.

2. Your responsibility

• You must own or be authorised to manage every account you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information and task instructions you provide.
• You are responsible for messages sent from your connected accounts, including replies you configure Helper to send automatically.
• You must review commitments, prices, availability, delivery terms, refunds, and exceptions before approval.
• You must follow the connected platform's rules and applicable consumer, privacy, and communications law.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Helper to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages or contact people who did not initiate the conversation;
• send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading content;
• connect an account you are not authorised to control;
• circumvent workspace isolation, obtain another business's data, or extract credentials;
• use the pilot for high-risk medical, legal, financial, employment, or eligibility decisions.

We may suspend access for misuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement.

4. AI output

Helper uses AI models. Drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not professional advice. Human approval and business rules reduce risk but do not guarantee correctness.

5. Data

You retain rights in the business information and customer conversations you provide. You authorise Helper to process them only as needed to operate and secure the service. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Price

Helper is free during the experimental period. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing a charge, and you may close your workspace before it takes effect.

7. Support and ending the pilot

Support is provided on a best-effort basis at anton@playblaster.com. You may stop using Helper or request workspace closure by email. We may end the pilot or a participant's access with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Liability

Helper is provided "as is" during the experimental pilot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability connected with the pilot is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding twelve months or EUR 100. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the pilot changes and will notify participating businesses of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you.
