Helper Privacy Terms Delete my data

Privacy Policy

Version 0.1 · Effective 21 August 2026 · Last updated 21 August 2026

Helper is an experimental assistant for owner-operated businesses. It helps a business read and answer customer messages, and can run tasks the business configures. This notice describes the current pilot, not planned features.

1. Who is responsible

Anton Fedoruk (individual operator) operates Helper from Bulgaria. Contact anton@playblaster.com about privacy.

A business using Helper controls the personal data in its customer conversations. Helper processes that data for the business so it can provide the service. Helper is the controller for account, security, and service administration data it collects directly from signed-in users.

2. Data we process

Business users

  • Google sign-in identifier, email address, workspace role, and sessions.
  • Business information, task instructions, and files the business provides.
  • Actions recorded for security, troubleshooting, and accountability.
  • Cookieless usage analytics, using normalized page names and action names without message content, customer identifiers, or form values.

People messaging a business

  • The platform-scoped sender identifier, display name, and username supplied by the platform.
  • Messages, photographs, and other supported attachments.
  • Message timestamps and delivery status.

The connected customer channel currently supported by the pilot is Instagram. A person does not need a Helper account for these records to exist: they reach Helper after the person contacts a participating business on Instagram.

3. Why we process it

  • To provide the service requested by participating businesses.
  • To prepare, approve, send, and audit replies to customer messages.
  • To secure the service, diagnose failures, and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with legal and platform obligations.

For business-user account data, processing is necessary to provide the pilot. For customer conversations, the participating business determines its lawful basis and instructions. Helper processes those conversations on the business's behalf.

4. AI-assisted replies

Helper uses an AI model to prepare replies. Model output can be wrong. The business configures which routine replies may be sent and which commitments require a person to approve or edit the draft. The business remains responsible for messages sent from its account and for any disclosure its customers must receive under applicable law.

Some providers may process data outside the country where it originated. We use the contractual and technical safeguards available for the service and will update this notice as the pilot configuration changes.

6. Retention and deletion

During the invitation-only pilot, conversations, task records, and audit data are retained while the workspace is active so the assistant can preserve context and the operator can investigate mistakes. Automatic retention purges are not yet enabled. A participating business or data subject can request deletion using the deletion instructions. Requests are handled manually during the pilot and recorded for audit.

7. Security

  • Public traffic uses HTTPS.
  • Workspace access is role-controlled and significant actions are audited.
  • Agent work runs in isolated runtime containers.
  • Connected-account credentials are not displayed back to users.

No system is completely secure. Report a suspected security issue to anton@playblaster.com.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data. If you contacted a participating business, contact that business first where practical; it controls the conversation. You may also contact anton@playblaster.com. We will verify the request and coordinate with the business where required.

9. Changes

We will update the version and date above when this notice changes. Material changes to the pilot's data handling will be communicated to participating businesses.
